Nashville Business Journal: 3LS Inc. snags Brentwood building for new headquarters

Employee-owned holding company purchases Maryland Farms building to serve as its flagship location, with a move planned for summer 2027

3LS Inc. is moving its headquarters from South Nashville to Williamson County. The Nashville Business Journal reports that the company has purchased a 38,000-square-foot building at 5314 Maryland Way in Brentwood’s Maryland Farms. The building will serve as the permanent home for the holding company and its family of employee-owned companies.

The building cost $8 million, according to Bill Tillery, CEO of 3LS Properties. Renovations of about $2 million begin this fall. The updated three-story space will include a first-floor conference center for up to 100 guests, with training and event space, a lounge, collaboration areas, and outdoor patios. The upper floors will have open and private workspaces, conference rooms, a boardroom, oversized terraces, and a wellness suite for mothers.

“We look forward to not only providing office space to our 3LS family, but also leasing space to others in our Brentwood and Nashville community,” Tillery said.

CEO Eric Strickland said the move responds to rapid growth over the past two years. The company needed a headquarters where its team could collaborate, learn, and build their futures.
