Company names Shannon Litton its first chief integration officer as it prepares to move into a new headquarters in summer 2027
3LS Inc. will relocate its headquarters from Nashville to Brentwood in summer 2027. It has also added a new role to its leadership team, the Nashville Post reports. The company has purchased a 38,000-square-foot building at 5314 Maryland Way in Maryland Farms for $8 million and plans to invest $2 million in updates.
Shannon Litton has been named the company’s first chief integration officer. Litton joined 3LS in 2025 through its acquisition of 5by5 Agency, where she served as CEO. She will keep her role as CEO of 3LS Professional Services.
Both moves follow a period of significant growth for 3LS. Over the past two years, the company has grown from 18 companies and nearly 700 employees to 27 companies with nearly 1,500 employee-owners.
“We’ve experienced a tremendous season of growth over the last two years,” said Eric Strickland, CEO of 3LS. Strickland described Litton as the “perfect person to help lead us into this new chapter, building the culture, the systems and the processes among our family of companies that make us thrive and grow stronger together.”
