Eric Strickland is President & CEO of 3LS, Inc., a family of employee-owned companies empowering good in the world. With nearly 25 years in human services, he founded 3LS in 2015 as the parent company of the Omni Family of Services and has since launched multiple ventures, including The Omni Family Foundation, SigBee, HopeNation Consulting, and 3LS Ventures.
Eric began his career at the National Children’s Advocacy Center in Huntsville, Ala. and rose through the ranks at Omni Visions to become CFO and later CEO. A strategic leader committed to innovation and long-term impact, he has built eight companies focused on behavioral healthcare, professional services, and employee ownership, believing that to do the most good, good must grow.

Trish Galbreath is Chief Financial Officer of 3LS, Inc., with more than 30 years of experience scaling mission-driven organizations. A demonstrated leader in the complex finances, ESOP creation, diversification and growth, Trish has spent her entire career in various roles across the organization, starting just out of college at Western Michigan, and steadily advancing to its top leadership, demonstrating the broad opportunity and deep loyalty that employee ownership can inspire.

Jane Wintz is CEO of Omni Family of Services, a leading child welfare organization and the foundation of the broader 3LS family of companies. With more than 25 years in nonprofit leadership, Jane has spent her entire career in the child welfare industry working to improve outcomes for youth and families.
Before joining Omni in 2017, she held senior roles at Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth (SAFY) and Pressley Ridge in Cincinnati. A respected leader in both the behavioral health and ESOP communities, Jane is demonstrating how mission-driven, for-profit/for-good companies can diversify, grow, become more resilient and do more good for the populations they serve.

Shannon Litton is the CEO of 3LS Professional Services, where she drives growth for change makers through exceptional, integrated solutions and experiences. Bill Tillery is the CEO of 3LS Properties, where he oversees the strategic development, investment, and management of the organization’s real estate portfolio to drive long-term growth and diversification of its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
A U.S. Army veteran, former police officer, and attorney, Bill brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership – integrating legal expertise with operational insight to ensure 3LS’s properties deliver lasting value for its purpose-driven teams and employee owners.

Michael Morosi is Chief Investment Officer of 3LS, Inc., with more than 15 years of global experience in investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, and private equity. A committed advocate for employee ownership, he co-founded 40 Million Owners and Southeast Acquisition Capital to expand ownership models and create value for employee-owned companies.
Prior to 3LS, he managed a $200 million portfolio at MAPFRE USA and co-managed ESG funds at MAPFRE Asset Management in Madrid. He began his career as an equity analyst at Jetstream Capital and held roles at Stephens Inc. and Avondale Partners.

Beyond her legal work, she is committed to advancing access to compassionate, high-quality care – particularly in mental health –by championing policies and programs that protect health autonomy, remove barriers to essential care, and ensure equity for underserved communities.
