New Company will Join Growing 3LS Professional Services Portfolio and Deliver HR, Finance, Accounting and Payroll Services
(NASHVILLE, TN) February 3, 2026 — 3LS, Inc., an employee-owned family of companies, announced today the launch of 3LS Solutions, an organization that delivers world-class HR, finance, accounting and payroll services. The company is housed under 3LS’ Professional Services division, which also includes ESOP advisory firm, 40 Million Owners; award-winning marketing agency, 5by5; and most recently, award-winning managed service provider, Intrust IT.

With the launch of 3LS Solutions, the organization announced new leadership appointments including:

- Longtime 3LS Inc. HR leader, Aimee Ralph has been named Chief Human Resources Officer of 3LS Solutions
