Nashville-Based Company Taps Former Mars, Inc. Executive to Drive Growth and Long-Term Value Creation for Growing Portfolio of Businesses

Mitchell is a senior finance executive who most recently served as Director of Cash & Working Capital for the Global Snacking Division of Mars, Inc. While there, he held multiple leadership roles and spearheaded key initiatives, including a global Cash Control Tower and Center of Excellence that delivered more than $700M in working capital optimization. Additionally, during his 8 year tenure at Mars, Inc. Mitchell helped produce over $1B in incremental cash yield through digital insights, automation and enterprise-wide working capital programs.
Mitchell also held leadership roles at Tivity Health, building a best-in-class Treasury function, leading multiple syndicated debt transactions, and optimizing liquidity, risk management and capital deployment for the public, multi-entity organization. In his role at 3LS Professional Services, he will work closely with executive leadership to drive entrepreneurial growth across multiple businesses.
